We are currently looking for a Graduate to join our Urology & Pelvic Health Division.  This is a new training program designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial and clinical Medical Device environment. We are looking for a driven person who is eager to work in a multicultural, multinational environment with willingness to forge the career in business, drawing inspiration from being able to bring meaningful innovations into healthcare and helping to change patients’ lives.

Successful candidates will be offered a 12-month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the Urology and Pelvic Health field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment.  This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of healthcare outside of a University setting.  You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation.

Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in Urology and Pelvic Health or other technical divisions. The position will be starting in October 2023.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Participates in learning and training events to develop product knowledge and clinical and commercial skills.
•    Accompany Boston Scientific Therapy Account Managers visiting theatres to witness case support until clinically competent to support clinicians alone.
•    Developing quarterly plans designed to achieve revenue targets, managing existing and new customers/accounts in the assigned territory.
•    Demonstrating planning and prioritizing of the assigned territory to maximize opportunities for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
•    Being recognized as the primary trusted point-of-contact for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff
•    Attending national and international meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services
•    Analyzing and reporting to your manager and/or others (monthly & quarterly) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools
•    Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
•    Product purchases and backorder management
•    Running clinical evaluations of the products
•    Providing training and educational sessions to hospital personnel on product utilization 

 
To be successful in this application, you will need to:

•    Be a recent Bachelor’s or Masters graduate (2022/2023) with a Biotechnical Degree or Business degree with commercial aspects.
•    Be fluent in Danish and English
•    Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
•    Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
•    Be computer/technically savvy.
•    Have a want to learn and develop within a commercial setting.
•    Be willing to travel across Denmark
•    Hold a current driving license
