A highly reputable Multi Academy Trust seeks an enthusiastic and adaptable Unqualified Secondary Teacher (Cover Supervisor) to join the team at a thriving secondary school in Ellesmere Port. This flexible role offers a minimum of three full days per week on a temporary basis.The successful candidate will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment in the absence of regular teaching staff. You’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ progress and maintaining classroom discipline.Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans effectively.
• Supervising students and ensuring classroom order.
• Providing support and feedback as required.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of subjects.
• Experience working with secondary school students is preferred.
• A passion for education and student development.

Salary: Dependent on Experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
