• You know exactly how to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close a project
• You implement long-term plans according to set defined budgets and targets, as well as follow up on the planning of activities to retain customers
• Your depth of knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
• You can define sustainability by knowing how to balance and merge environmental, social and economic aspectsYour responsibilities• As a ZEAMA Sustainability Specialist you are expected to lead by contributing and supporting the ZEAMA units in consistent and effective implementation of the IKEA DK and ZEAMA People & Planet Positive strategy
• You will collaborate with applicable stakeholders to ensure sustainability is integrated into all departments
• You ensure that local units adapt to the country’s direction and ambitions, to drive sustainability initiatives, processes and projects that deliver to the total business agenda and a more People and Planet Positive IKEA
• You guarantee and follow up that alignment, budget and resources are in place to move the sustainability agenda forward
• You support the integration and implementation of sustainability by supporting the country organization with the right information, best practice solutions, tools & methods, and ways of working
• You develop a strong understanding of specific sustainability situations and contribute to the business agenda
• You document and evaluate initiatives and activities to capitalize on learning, sharing and promoting continuous improvementAbout this work areaThis job is located in the ZEAMA market with the base in Gentofte store and the expectations to be represented in the 3 ZEAMA units, our stores in Taastrup, Gentofte and Copenhagen.Some might call us idealists wanting to change the world, but we firmly believe that we can indeed have a positive impact on people, society and the planet. • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy is based on your competencies and includes pension
