  • You are ambitious with some experience in sustainability and/or business preferably retail, with proven leadership capabilities and passion to transform the surroundings in all dimensions
  • You know exactly how to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close a project
  • You implement long-term plans according to set defined budgets and targets, as well as follow up on the planning of activities to retain customers
  • Your depth of knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
  • You can define sustainability by knowing how to balance and merge environmental, social and economic aspects

Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) • As a ZEAMA Sustainability Specialist you are expected to lead by contributing and supporting the ZEAMA units in consistent and effective implementation of the IKEA DK and ZEAMA People & Planet Positive strategy

  • You will collaborate with applicable stakeholders to ensure sustainability is integrated into all departments
  • You ensure that local units adapt to the country’s direction and ambitions, to drive sustainability initiatives, processes and projects that deliver to the total business agenda and a more People and Planet Positive IKEA
  • You guarantee and follow up that alignment, budget and resources are in place to move the sustainability agenda forward
  • You support the integration and implementation of sustainability by supporting the country organization with the right information, best practice solutions, tools & methods, and ways of working
  • You develop a strong understanding of specific sustainability situations and contribute to the business agenda
  • You document and evaluate initiatives and activities to capitalize on learning, sharing and promoting continuous improvement

  • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy is based on your competencies and includes pension

  • We don’t have any Mobility (help with re-location, documents, etc.)
