AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact

The primary responsibilities of the position include all sales servicing aspects, including:

  • customer care: interacting with agents and sub-agents as concerns the functionalities of Aig Advisors’ platform, including serve as support to Sales Manager in the tutorial/training activity of the subagents
  • sales support: serve as a first point of contact for the resolution of procedural conflict or process clarification, and monitor and enhance intermediaries’ productivity
  • underwriting support: acting as facilitator in supporting the intermediaries as well as the underwriters in solving underwriting issues (i.e. handling submissions which fall outside the platform’s automation)
  • reporting Help in administrative tasks such as but not limited to production reports and ad hoc reports
  • The position includes to act as back up of activities performed by the OPERATION & SALES support staff when required.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • At least 2/3 years of work experience in Insurance industry preferred in an Agency or broker company
  • Excellent Computer Skill (Excel & Word & PPT)
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Client oriented attitude
  • Good level of English and fluent in Italian
