Job Title: UI/UX DesignerLocation: Bodegraven, Netherlands (hybrid)Job Type: Full-timeJob Description:As a UI/UX Designer at Trimble, you will be working on a global team with other junior and senior designers. You will be leading design activities to craft UI/UX for web and mobile software solutions that support users in the construction field – translating high-level requirements into engaging user experiences.As the voice and advocate for our customers, you will be using a set of design standards to align the UX/UI of these applications, and will work to improve the usability of the 3D model based workflow. You will research key personas, professional workflows, tasks and goals, and create solutions that transform the way our customers work.Key Responsibilities:Work with PM and other stakeholders to identify UX objectives, including UX research and design executionDefine user research plans, and lead all aspects of the researchWork with PM and marketing to recruit end users and execute the research planDefine usability testing plans, for remote or testing in the fieldCreate user personas, customer journeys and task workflowsUtilize an existing design system to align the look and feel of the contributing solutionsDesign workflows that optimize the usability of the entire workflowUsability test design prototypesCreate high fidelity designs and design assetsSupport implementation of high fidelity design by development teamsBecome the local champion and advocate of user experience design and process with the local stakeholders

Qualifications:An undergraduate degree in user experience design, human computer interaction or interaction design3+ years of experience as a designer and a compelling portfolio to prove itSome experience with UX inside an Agile environmentAttention and love for beautiful detailTeam spiritAn eagerness to learn about all things UX/UICapacity to learn by doing, and willingness to accept directionWillingness to contribute your own creativity and originalityFluency with common design products such as FigmaAre you the candidate we are looking for?
