Overview:StoneX is looking for a talented UI designer to work closely with product team in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment on a permanent basis Responsibilities:Responsibilities:· Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering· Create pixel perfect user interfaces for web and mobile applications· Ensure usability and accessibility across different products· Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system· Ensure brand consistency and a unified visual language across all products· Basic understanding of UX principles· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, copy, research, development, product and other stakeholders· Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of UI at the company· Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to the team and stakeholders Qualifications:Qualifications:· At least 1 years of experience in middleweight position· Proven experience use of Figma and auto-layouts· Great visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction· Working knowledge in creating design systems· Flexible, decisive, great communication skills both when interfacing with stakeholders as well when working with design team· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectivelyNice to have· Experience in design for financial industry· One area of expertise· Demonstrate experience in a corporate or established commercial environment· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
