Preston, Brighton and Hove, South East, England£65000 – £81000 per annumWe are looking to recruit an experienced UCD User Research Lead who will thrive as a key part of the team introducing and advocating a User Centred Design approach.To be a success in this role you will be able to demonstrate practical experience of implementing a UCD approach. This should include playing a lead role in implementing User Research Methods and adopting an evidence based approach that uses the outcomes from quantative and qualiatitive research to provide usable solutions that address the needs of the business. In addition to your functional role, the role will include acting as a coach and mentor in building a UCD culture. Identifying skills gaps and playing key role in building the knowledge and capability. At a practical level you will lead the development of the processes and procedures that will create an effective User Research function across the organisation and with partners.This is a hybrid role that will require 1 -2 days per week in our clients office in East Sussex.This is an opportunity to join an organisation with an excellent reputation for investing in the training and development of their people in an inflential role were you can make a real difference implementing the User Research capability and be a key part of successfully creating a UCD environment.
