Key Responsibilities

– Design, build, maintain, operate, and support BTP ABAP AI Hub and J4D ABAP capabilities using JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
– Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that are viable, feasible, and intuitive for users
– Apply Agile methodologies by actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives
– Translate product strategy and requirements into well-architected, high-quality code; assess technical feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural standards
– Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, refactoring, comprehensive testing, and adoption of best practices and emerging technologies

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (strong academic record is an advantage)
– Proven proficiency in modern programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
– Solid understanding of database systems and SQL
– Hands-on experience with web and cloud technologies, including Node.js and HTTP-based network protocols
– Fluency in both Hungarian and English with excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a diverse, multicultural team environment

Preferred Qualifications

– Familiarity with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment and the ABAP programming language
– Genuine curiosity and passion for AI technology and its potential in shaping the future of software development
– Experience with version control systems and modern development workflows
– Exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks
