We are looking for a Testing Engineer based in HQ, Milan.

Support the engineering team with the definition of the testing protocol, create the detail plan of work of the qualification, align the stakeholders with the defined plan ensuring their readiness, follow the qualification process, predict and/or solve eventual complications given by the complexity of the projects, collect data and activate optimization and/or development

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attend the tests checking the correctness of the execution
  • Review the protocols and the product performance to ensure the feasibility of the tests
  • Support during the bidding phase by defining the qualification requirements
  • Organize the test (material, workforce, attendees)
  • Help on the definition of the new testing protocols

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or more (technical field preferred)
  • Good level of English (written and oral)
  • Preferred experience with tests/laboratories/qualification process
