The role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Belgium and oversee the transition and exit from Transitional Service Agreements (TSA) as part of the integration process of a Brownfield site into our production networks. The main responsibilities include:
• Developing a comprehensive plan in collaboration with the site and global teams to ensure a smooth TSA exit
• Planning and monitoring actions to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
• Facilitating communication between impacted teams to ensure alignment and coordination
• Managing necessary projects to support the TSA exit
• Establishing and overseeing governance for tracking the progress of TSA exit plans
Qualifications
• University degree in science, engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in managing projects related to TSA exit would be ideal
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
