The position
As a Trial Manager at CLINiC, you will have the opportunity to:
-Project manage clinical trial activities to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and productivity
-Provide clinical and operational input to the designing, planning, and execution of clinical trials
-Chair trial team,
coordinate
timely document delivery, and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders
-Support trial setup, conduct and closure, and contribute to improvement projects, sharing best practices and
supporting
the continued development of processes
-Foster team spirit, collaborate and actively engage in team activities within the CLINiC
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
-Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Natural Science or equivalent (e.g., registered nurse) combined with relevant experience
-Experience in planning, initiation, conduct, and finalisation of clinical trials, preferably early-phase clinical research/phase 1
-Demonstrated impact and influence in the design and conduct of core clinical processes
-Familiarity with working in a project-driven organisation and successful collaboration across functions and project teams
-Solid understanding of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) requirements
As a person you are well-organised and focused on quality and excellence. You adapt quickly to new situations and are curious, engaged, and proactive.
About the department
You will be part of the CLINiC – Clinical Innovation Centre in Gentofte. Our team is
dedicated
to ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials, from start-up to closeout.
Our key mission is to accelerate learning cycles through human centric innovation. Looking into the future with Novo Nordisk entering new therapeutic areas, there will be increased requirements for agility and early decision-making. The CLINiC works closely with various partners within Novo Nordisk as well as externally across the Danish life science eco-system.
Our department includes a laboratory, pharmacy, and beds for 30-40 participants, allowing us to conduct advanced and innovative clinical trials with high flexibility and short turnaround times. By joining us, you will contribute to the development of medicine that benefits patients worldwide.
