We are seeking a dedicated Treasury Systems Support Specialist to join our corporate treasury team in Paris. If you’re passionate about treasury, systems support, continuous learning, and working in a fast-paced, global environment, this role could be perfect for you. 

As a Treasury Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for, assisting the global treasury function in their day-to-day processes, maintaining treasury master data and managing registered requests. This role is key in ensuring smooth treasury operations across EssilorLuxottica’s global functions, with a strong focus on learning and development for future growth within the treasury department. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Support: 
  • Provide support to global treasury teams in their daily operational processes, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and transaction processing. 
  • Master Data Maintenance: 
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of treasury master data within the treasury management system, keeping data up to date and aligned with internal controls. 
  • Ticket Management: 
  • Handle and resolve treasury system tickets submitted by the worldwide treasury team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. 
  • System Monitoring: 
  • Proactively monitor treasury systems to identify potential issues before they impact operations, taking steps to prevent or mitigate disruptions. 
  • Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with treasury, finance, and IT teams to understand system issues and provide appropriate solutions. 
  • Learning & Development: 
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow, particularly in areas like SWIFT communication, artificial intelligence (AI) applications in treasury, API integration, and the treasury function as a whole, preparing for future roles within the department. 
  • Reporting: 
  • Assist in generating reports on ticket resolution, system performance, and master data quality. 

Qualifications 

  • Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate treasury, financial systems, or IT support role, with exposure to ticketing systems and treasury processes. 
  • Technical Skills: 
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba, SAP, or similar platforms. Experience with master data management and ticketing platforms is a plus. 
  • Problem-Solving: 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide quick, practical solutions. 
  • Learning & Growth Mindset: 
  • Eagerness to develop knowledge in SWIFT communication, AI, API integration, and treasury operations. A desire to grow and be prepared for future roles within the treasury function. 
  • Communication Skills: 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, enabling clear communication with global teams. 
  • Team Player: 
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
