As a part of the Managed Services Team you will have the opportunity to join engagements at various clients seeking support in Treasury related topics.We are specifically looking for individuals wanting to play a key role in managing the daily cash flows / forecasts and bank connectivities in a Treasury Management System. Depending on your amount of experience, we are looking for individuals with experience or an interest in:Treasury & Corporate FinanceCash & Liquidity ManagementWorking Capital OptimizationTreasury Technologies, Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba)Business AnalysisYour Impact & Responsibilities:As an Associate, you will work closely with both clients and other colleagues to deliver quality solutions, with responsibilities that include:Contributing to strategic, operational and process advice as well as treasury support to clients, dealing with complex treasury related issuesTaking ownership of assigned tasks within projects with the continuous objective to improve the way of working as well as the quality deliveredSpearheading business development initiatives aimed at growing PwC’s position in the consulting marketAs a Treasury Consultant your role will tackle your client’s operational cash & liquidity management challenges, including but not limited to:Daily analysis of bank statements provided by banks around the worldDetecting missing or incorrect bank statementsResolving / troubleshooting rejected bank statements in the TMSAnalyze and resolve variances in the different balance typesManage forecastsHelping senior treasurers in creating a clear picture of cash positions
Helping senior treasurers in making sound investment decisionsAbout You:Graduate with Master’s degree in Management, Strategy, Finance or Economics and keen to build a career in Professional/Financial ServicesCandidates with other academic backgrounds are also encouraged to applyOr 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in treasury services, financial reporting and analysisAffinity for financial services, international transactions, cash management and risk managementStrong analytical skills and communication skillsAffinity in working with Microsoft ExcelExperience in working with data and analytics platforms is a big plus (Alteryx, …)Ability to work collaborativelyFluent in English, and Dutch and/or FrenchAny other language skills come highly recommendedLife at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
