• Handling daily requests from Transaction Managers to provide international payment confirmations by extracting SWIFT reports from banking system
• Timely and proactive response to specific payment requests (not received or rejected payments) by resolving any issues together with our banks
• Collecting and processing invoices and other payment requests by daily updates of payment registers across several legal entities
• Performing validations of invoices by getting confirmations from owners of the invoice or expense claims
• Assisting in preparation of payments instructions in banking system
• Supporting with bank balances reconciliation
• Other ad-hoc requests related to payments.
• Assist with operational cash bi weekly updates including monthly forecast
• Manage daily Treasury functions including producing daily liquidity reports
• Manage relationships with banking partners
• Assist in month end/ad-hoc treasury reporting
• Assist on completing ad-hoc KYC requests
• Assist with automation relating to payment capturing and financial administration

This is an hybrid onsite position for our Amsterdam-based team.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or EconomicsMinimum 3-4 years of relevant experienceTrustworthy individual with experienced in working with different banking or payments systemsDetailed knowledge and understanding of SWIFT payments and systemProactive, accurate, attentive to details and well organizedStrong communicator in liaison with internal and external stakeholder such as banksAble to work in fast paced and dynamic environment and to deliver on timeProficiency in Microsoft ExcelFluent in English, knowledge of German or Dutch is a plusBenefitsWhy MODIFI?
