The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing and reviewing employee expense reports related to travel and entertainment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity and transparency of our T&E reimbursement processes across our global operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of employee travel and entertainment expense reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
  • Review receipts, invoices, and supporting documents to verify expenses are in line with company policies and local tax regulations.
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies, policy violations, or potential fraud for further investigation.
  • Collaborate with employees and department heads to resolve audit findings and provide feedback on any necessary corrections or additional documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures while processing T&E reimbursements.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing audit findings and trends in employee expense behavior.
  • Support the implementation and updating of company T&E policies to reflect changing business needs and regulations.
  • Stay informed of relevant financial and legal changes related to travel and entertainment expenses globally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in audit, finance, or expense management, ideally with a focus on travel and entertainment expenses.
  • Knowledge of expense management systems (e.g., SAP Concur, Oracle – preferred-, or similar).
  • Familiarity with corporate T&E policies and tax regulations
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with global teams.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor) is an advantage.
