Job position pitchIf you are as enthusiastic as we are about the new opportunities to build a new AXA GO Product to ensure data quality and data lineage for Solvency reglementation then we have the right position for you. We need experts like you to make the difference in the Risk Management area.Where will you be in the organization?The divisionGroup Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.The department / teamYou will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its “IT for Business” duty, our department designs, builds and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions, organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance).Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of the Business families in Corporate Functions while ensuring excellence and consistency across our products in:
- Implementing, operating and managing Group and/or Global Solutions
- Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes
- Leveraging a market leading right-shored delivery model
- Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model
You will integrate a high performing team of ~200 experts, mainly located in France and Portugal (and supported by offshored managed services), with a strong focus on delivery, collaboration, commitment and value creation, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop yourself in cutting-edge technologies and engage in activities that relate directly with business processes and functions, working together with the colleagues from the Group Corporate departments.About the jobJob purposeOur department is committed to offering to our customer entities solutions that run with the expected performance and robustness, while being efficient and cost-effective.The AXA GO product ‘Transversal Risk’ is a platform ensuring, as requested by ACPR regulator:
- Data quality for Solvency II extended all the way to the source systems (i.e first system in which data enters in each entity in scope of Solvency 2 internal model)
- Data lineage from the system source to the STEC
- Data quality measuring methodology harmonized among all AXA entities
This platform is hybrid: Saas (Collibra) and IaaS (for the reporting part).The Transversal Risk Product Manager will have a fundamental role in the implementation and development of this new GO product. He will have to define and size the team, define and implement the operational model, set-up the appropriate governance (at all levels in the hierarchy), and monitor the proper functioning and evolution of the product.QualificationsMain missionsYour responsibilities include:
- Define, deploy and follow-up the Operating Model of the product
- Manage the product lifecycle: strategy developed, launched and maintained
- Define the product RoadMap
- Define vision and objectives of the product
- Manage relationship with the external provider of Collibra SaaS solution used
- Monitor product performance and BAU quality of services
- Put in place and manage the governance of the product (internal GO, with external provider, with GIE sponsor)
- Coordinate the different stakeholders: “Transversal Risk” team, Software Editor, business, other GO teams (for reporting need developments)
- Ensure compliance of the product : security, risk, internal control ….
About youWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:Experience
- More than 10 years in consulting, in process design and IT implementation.
- More than 10 years in management of resources
- Previous experience as Program or Product manager in international context, with multi-location
Technical skills
- Light background on computer sciences
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
Soft skills / transversal skills
- Problem solving mindset
- Stakeholder management
- Communication and collaboration skills, adaptive to different levels of the organization, from executive forums to technical teams
