Transport Planning Administrator Job Detail

About The Role

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are recruiting a Transport Planning Administrator to support our planning team. The hours of work are 8:30am- 5pm and you will be required to work every other Saturday.
Critical purpose of role:

  • Produce daily Manifests / Stock requests and action manifest updates
  • Manage all urgent customer service queries relating to customer delivery
  • To manage fleXipod (EPOD) system
Main responsibilities:

  • Produce daily Manifests / Stock requests and action manifest updates
  • Effectively manage all email/call communications directed to the transport planning department
  • To Manage the flexipod (EPOD) system users, settings and propose improvements
  • To manage and maintain flexipod (EPOD) device and SIM Cards
  • Work as a team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers/stores with a ‘can do attitude’
  • To manage the fleXipod (EPOD) system users, settings and propose improvements
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager / supervisor

About You

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Advanced skills in Excel – formulas, formatting and lookups.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and its relevant functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with a variety of individuals and issues.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good time management and team-working skills.
  • Good Numeracy skills.
