Providing continuous optimization of our availability and our network across channels, brands, and businesses, enabling, and performing agile and flexible logistics solutions focusing on strong, innovative and sustainable business results.As Transport Operations Manager your Key Responsibilities are:

• Optimize and execute all transport activities and production forecasts
• Ensure a cost- and environmentally efficient transport
• Transport Budget/Forecast & KPI owner, responsible for monitoring and executing
• Execute all transport improvements and projects
• Structure and follow up and all SOP´s
• Contract management
• Carrier relations by setting a follow up- and meeting structure to ensure that carrier KPIs are followed
• Drive and promote synergies between retail and online flows
• Set/ follow up on local transport activities to support Cluster and Region OKR’s
• Set clear and defined professional development goals for each team member
• Act as speaking partner to Merch, Supply and Sales Teams
