  • To identify the key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography including emerging group of thought leaders as DOL and Rising Stars
  • To aggregate multiple data points and perform tracking activities analysis through CRM
  • To develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders aiming to generate customer insights and leverage business opportunities
  • To develop and maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic area
  • To be responsible for implementing local KOL Engagement Plan by mixing channels that deliver an omnichannel engagement experience to customers in a personalized and value-added way
  • Execute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence generation, insight generation, and partnerships for the assigned brands in conjunction with in-country functions
  • Execute MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area. Execute training and development program in line with global strategy and local needs
  • To build up scientific network with the most relevant KOLs and scientific societies at regional and national level
  • To attend appropriate national and international meetings and congresses
  • To cooperate with Market Access and Public Affair to implement regional strategy
  • In cooperation with the Medical Information Service, to provide response to Medical Information enquires, utilizing global medical information resources and in line with local regulatory requirements

About youExperience

  • Previous and solid experience in the role of MSL or roles in Medical Affair Hematology is a plus; scientific knowledge in the Onco-Hematology field (experience in the field of haematopoietic stem cells trasplantation is an advantage)

Education

  • Scientific Degree; PhD will be considered an advantage

Languages

  • Fluency in spoken and written business English and Italian
