Result of Service

Excellent provision of translation services, including relevant experience as a professional conference translator in an international and intergovernmental context. The successful candidates are expected to be knowledgeable in United Nations terminology and on environmental and biodiversity / species conservation issues and are required to ensure the appropriateness and accuracy of all translations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Translations of AEWA documents, correspondence, articles etc. from English into French.

Qualifications/special skills

Experience with AEWA translations would be an asset.
Relevant experience in waterbird conservation/ UN terminology.
