Job Description:Mission:A Transition Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating organizational change. Key aspects of the job include leading and implementation of complex transition projects transitions and change initiatives within an organization. Developing comprehensive transition plans and strategies.Location & commitments:

• Location – Warsaw, Poland
• Hybrid work model (2 per week from the office)

Your IMPACT:

• Planning: Creating and executing transition plans, including timelines, tasks, and resources
• Communication: Managing stakeholder relationships through communication, negotiation, and issue management
• Reporting: Preparing reports and dashboards, and tracking and following up with stakeholders for timely updates
• Training: Providing training and support to staff during transition periods
• Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions, and addressing issues as they arise
• Documentation: Maintaining records of transition efforts, both successful and unsuccessful
• Governance: Establishing appropriate governance for the project
• Resource management: Identifying, allocating, and managing resources.

Your Profile:

• Overall 10+ years of relevant experience in a business environment, 3+ years of Project Management
• Good knowledge in Business Finance
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and presentations skills
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity
• Good collaboration and ability to interact with business leaders at various organization levels.
• Ability to work with personal accountability and ownership.
• Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making.
• Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies.
• Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Good English command.
