We have a strong collaborative spirit where curiosity and ambition drive us to explore and identify best practices and constantly strive to optimize our sales process.In this position, you’ll make an impact by…Being the global anchor to support the business with distributor management excellence across the global sales organizationDesign and drive the implementation of training programs, processes and tools to enhance distributor management excellence efficiency.Working closely with distribution stakeholders in line of business to drive continuous improvements to enhance value creationSome of your key tasks will include:Cross business optimization projects through collaboration with commercial stakeholders in line of businessDistribution management program leadIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on insights and input from business areasCollaboration with colleagues will be key as you will frequently interact with stakeholders in commercial excellence and in business areas.To succeed in this role, you will need:Min 5 years of experience in B2B sales or technical sales preferably from biotech distribution or managing and collaborating with distributors
