- Drive Efficiency: Enhance operational efficiency across Finance and Accounting processes, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Technology Implementation: Oversee the adoption and integration of innovative technologies to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Best Practices: Lead benchmarking exercises to identify and implement best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards.
- End-to-End Process Mapping: Conduct comprehensive process mapping of Finance and Accounting operations, identifying areas for improvement and establishing optimized workflows.
- Embrace AI Solutions: Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance data analysis, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
- Project Management: Manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with organizational objectives and client needs.
Profile
- The ideal candidate for the Transformation role in Finance & Accounting will possess 10-15 years of relevant experience,
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP and the overall IT landscape for financial and accounting processes.
- They should have a proven track record in project management for driving transformation in Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Order to cash process
- Holding certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management (PMP / Prince2) certification is desired
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications – Ability to create impactful presentations and data visualizations are essential.
- A structured approach, analytical ability, and experience in driving operational transformations in finance & accounting domains are key to success in this role.
