Then you may be our Transformation Execution Lead and the anchor within our leadership team for transformational projects and improvement initiatives within People & Culture.With our ambitious Double Impact strategy, we are continuously optimising the way we work across Hempel. In addition to our global function being a core enabler for our business through strong culture, communication and people initiatives, our focus the coming years will be on transforming for efficiency, quality output and services.Over the past few years, we’ve been transforming how we enable Hempel through our people. We have built a strong foundation with Workday as our single core system, started our standardization of our global processes, and team alignment. Now, we’ll focus on optimising processes, enhancing our standardisation and automation. We will reduce manual tasks using technology and AI, creating more meaningful work and supporting Hempel’s success. To succeed, we will carefully structure how we plan, prepare and execute these step-changes.We are seeking a People & Culture Transformation Execution Lead to act as an integral part of our Leadership Team, strengthening our programme- and change management, co-creating and following up on our transformational progress.You will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer (EVP), driving and coordinating the agenda and activities related to the People & Culture function together with the Leadership Team. You will own and deploy the EVP’s annual wheel and operational rhythm (business system) to ensure maximized output, provide perspectives on operational and tactical topics, and execute and follow-up on actions. As a trusted advisor, you will provide valuable insights and collaborate with key decision-makers.You will of course also have the opportunity to be in the driver’s seat, leading projects that contribute to our overall transformation plans.The successful candidate:We value passion and drive above a specific educational field. You have previous experience with managing transformations and change programmes both in terms of planning, advising and execution. You have a passion for driving improvement through collaboration and engagement.You must command perfect English – both written and verbally.As a person, you are curious by nature; you find it natural to ask “why or why not?” and will challenge status quo when you see room for improvement. In your approach to your work, you are structured and proactive.
