Achieving this will require strong people management, initiative, and attention to detail as well as the ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members.Some of your key responsibilities include:Supervise a specialized Investor Relationship Team ensuring timely and accurate processing of all inquiries within agreed internal and external Service Level Agreement’s.Ensure all inquiries are logged, follow up inquiries that remain unresolved outside of agreed Service Level Agreement’s and review with the Manager any issues requiring escalation.Effectively handle special processing situations including exceptions that require strong oversightEnsure the preparation of any mailings required for internal or external vendorsValidate and approve related tasks including but not restricted to client reportingEnsure terms of Funds prospectus are being adhered to at all timesAssist the Manager / Team Leader in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the departmentKeep Errors and Omissions at a strict minimum at all times and ensure deadlines are metEstablish solid contacts with all areas and all levels at clients’ organizations as well as inter departmental.Monitor volume, workflows and overtime of team. Identify and resolve workflow issues.Serve as point of escalation on high-risk items.Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis and have this evidenced.Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments.Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders.Assign responsibility effectively based on expertise and strengths of team members.Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback based on goals for direct reports.Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants, assist new staff members in learning job specific tasks.What We Offer:Fixed Term contract for 11 monthsTo encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance24 days of occasional remote work from Poland during a calendar yearContracts for an indefinite period, from day onePrivate medical careLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program – offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
