The Change Strategy & Realization Director is a dynamic role which will lead various facets of internal organizational change readiness, as well as outward-facing and adjacent program change readiness. They will be expected to evolve and orchestrate change initiatives across multiple business transformation teams, bringing to bear a standardized global approach. They will forge robust collaborations spanning supply chain, R&D, commercial and enterprise functions, understanding their unique needs and fostering alignment with global deployment objectives.

As a Global Change Leader, they will focus on the human aspect of change with an engrained user experience approach; leading the way for our People Pillar goals. This entails preparing, supporting, and empowering individuals to adopt and apply global changes across business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Collaborating closely with partners, this leader and their team will identify change impacts and address barriers to adoption through comprehensive change strategies.

Through proactive engagement and insights, this leader will anticipate and mitigate resistant to change, ensuring a smooth transition and acceptance of the new processes. Through fostering open and inclusive dialogues, actively embracing diverse viewpoints, and attentively considering the sentiments of all stakeholders, this leader will expedite the global adoption process. They will ensure deeper engagement, heightened utilization, and improved proficiency with changes, thereby magnifying the realization of benefits, creation of value, and attaining desired outcomes.

This role demands strategic vision, adept leadership, and a relentless focus on driving global change excellence across the organization. By encouraging collaboration, innovation, and agility, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the success of our transformative initiatives on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Leadership, Framework Design & Implementation:

  • In partnership with leadership, drive development and execution of robust global change strategy and story, emphasizing engagement and understanding of Transcend’s value proposition across the entire E2E continuum; this includes implementation of clear and overarching change strategy and realization (measurements) approach, plan, methodology and ways of working. across global project streams within a standardized framework.

  • Lead a distributed team of resources globally through the development of Global Template / Function Change and Experience design artifacts, including E2E user personas, journey mapping, change impact assessment; as well as associated strategies, plans, and measurements tied to business processes.

  • Incorporate a strategic lens of experience design and process engineering to ensure business adoption frameworks can be implemented with end users in mind.

  • Work with Program Governance team to provide program level adoption updates and coordinate status tracking.

Leadership, Coaching, and Culture Change Framework:

  • Drive awareness and understanding of Transcend solutions among key global partners, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. In collaboration with fellow leaders, this individual will coach leaders aiding them in effectively fulfilling their pivotal roles as change sponsors.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership, PMO, Site enablement, and business adoption teams to implement a robust business readiness plan for successful platform migration.

  • Play a pivotal leadership role in support of culture team and people pillar; ensuring organizational readiness of new ways of working while implement action plans to enhance the health, engagement, and performance of talent, encouraging unity and resilience.

  • Co-Owns the development of the Global Change Network and build deep partnerships with the BPO community; guiding partners to fulfill their role as change agents and sponsors

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to encourage, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree is strongly preferred, with a focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering, or Organizational Psychology is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience

  • Proven track record as a leader executing on global, sophisticated transformational projects/programs, with demonstrated hands-on experience leading change management methods, artifacts, and measurement at global scale

  • Experienced leader having held roles in end-to-end supply chain and/or commercial interactions and interdependencies, including end-customer touchpoints

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence partners at all levels, forging consent and driving outcomes

  • Ability to present succinct messages to leadership but also has strong active listening and awareness skills to understand details from all partners

  • Forward-looking, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, savvy at identifying risks and devising effective mitigation strategies across complex problems

  • Experience leading in a global team and strong people management and development experience (e.g., direct or indirect reports, internal/external partners) to provide exceptional leadership and to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing global teams

  • Highly adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment and experience with large-scale SAP ERP replacement project(s)

  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, technologies, and best practices

  • Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience

Other:

  • Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally; proficiency in German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is helpful

  • Requires up to 30% domestic and/or international travel, depending on work location and business needs

  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 USD to $244,950 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

  • Work, Personal, and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
