Our Structured Finance department focuses on non-traditional fixed income products designed to deliver stable and predictable cash flows.Team LocationsNew York: 12 members
Paris: 23 membersDISCOVER your opportunityIn this role, you will assist Loan Portfolio Managers with daily activities, perform investment reporting, and monitor operations for AXA IM Alts’ €12 billion+ Credit Portfolios.Key responsibilities
- Ensure data quality and transparency for Open-end Portfolios, Mandates, and CLOs
- Coordinate data collection and system integration for efficient portfolio analysis
- Conduct market data analysis, including Loan Market updates, and report on portfolio KPIs, performance, and risks to stakeholders from Portfolio Managers to Management Board members
- Collaborate with the Data & Performance Analyst team to provide regular financial analysis and reporting
- Lead the implementation of new systems in collaboration with quantitative experts and the Technology team to enhance processes and data analysis
- Assist in RFPs, maintain the platform’s Marketing Book, and produce client reporting on performance data
- Generate daily recommendations for cash management and FX hedging
QualificationsSHARE your unique expertiseEducation and experience
- Graduate Degree in Business, Engineering, or a university master’s in finance
- 1-3 years of experience in Middle Office or Front Support roles, or within the financial services industry – internships included

- Analytical capacity for assessing Non-Investment Grade credit risk
- Capable of making decisions and effectively articulating your convictions
- Sensitivity to processes, project management, and systems
- Team member with strong reactivity and agility; actively participates in team development
- Autonomous with the ability to deliver on team objectives while collaborating effectively
- Demonstrates initiative while respecting established procedures
- Fluent in English for effective communication
