The TS Account Manager owns the TS relationship for selected multinational Wholesale Banking clients at global level, which means he/she is responsible for the existing Payment & Cash Management and Trade Finance (Guarantees, Letters of Credit etc.) mandate(s) during the lifetime of the contract. In this role the TS Account Manager has a revenue responsibility for maintaining and growing the existing business (“in-contract sales”). He/she takes on a pro-active role to ensure that client satisfaction targets are met, and that the commercial and operational quality of the service in the client portfolio continuously improves. The TS Account Manager works closely with TS Sales Consultants, TS Product Managers, Relationship Managers (at ultimate parent level and local level across countries), Client Services teams, Operations colleagues and other support departments. The TS Account Manager reports to the Head of TS Account Management NL.The TeamWholesale Banking Transaction Services is an international environment. You will have frequent contact with various departments and stakeholders within ING as well as with clients and external stakeholders. You will be part of a team of TS Account Managers based in The Netherlands, covering all Corporate client sectors as well as Non-bank Financial Institutions. You will operate in an open and informal environment, together with experienced and highly motivated sales and services professionals.Roles and responsibilitiesHigher education (HBO) or University education (Bachelor or Master’s degree)Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbally, is requiredLending and/or Trade background is preferableThis role is particularly suited for team players with organizational skills, commercial focus, eye for detail and a can-do attitudeAs primary contact for the client, you will be part of deal teams in case of renewal of TS Mandates and you will contribute to Request for Proposals (RfP’s)You will pro-actively and regularly make client reviews, monitor TS client revenues and conduct client visits in order to discuss service levels, payment and trade volumes, excess cash solutions and other needs

You will be responsible for operating under our Know Your Client (KYC) guidelinesYou will be part of the Virtual Client Teams (multiproduct) for your respective clientsYou will be end-to-end responsible for servicing a client portfolio of approximately 15 Wholesale Banking clients and working closely with the Client Services teams, who are responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clientsFor the clients in your portfolio you will be the primary contact for the existing global TS relationship and end-to-end responsible for client satisfactionHow to succeedWe hire smart people like you for your potential.
