Having experience in planning and executing training projects, as well as coordinating training in a regulated industry, would be beneficial, along with the ability to effectively demonstrate to stakeholders, using data, how training and competence development contribute to resolving business challenges.
As a person, you thrive on achieving results, harbour a proactive mindset, and excel in working with data. You enjoy coaching local trainers within the line of business, ensuring they consistently deliver training according to the current learning standards. A crucial task will be to aid your stakeholders in choosing the appropriate training methods and activities while assisting them in developing effective and efficient training programs. Positively embracing resistance and proactively engaging with stakeholders are just as important. You insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users.About the departmentSourcing QC is part of SoOp, which has the overall operational responsibility for the inbound supply chain of Novo Nordisk. Sourcing QC is responsible for chemical testing of raw materials, excipients, and primary packaging, as well as physical testing of packaging materials, both primary and secondary. We are 100 employees divided in 5 teams located in Hillerød.Operations are a top priority, so there’s a fast pace in our daily work, where we are also striving to modernize and automate our testing methods and thereby increase our output, ensuring packaging materials for our productions and ultimately products for patients worldwide.You will join a network of training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area.
