This position offers a hybrid work model, with flexibility to work from home while requiring occasional in-office presence on a weekly basis. Therefore, candidates should be residents in Rome to accommodate this aspect of the position.

The Position

In the role of Training Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development team and you will be dedicated to our frontline people, ensuring that they are well equipped to cover their role and act in line with the values, culture and working principles of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate to the assessment of the frontline employees’ learning and development needs and competency gaps using a 360° approach.
-Contribute to the definition of the learning initiatives and training activities in order to cover identified needs and gaps.
-Ideate and mix different channels, learning approaches and methodologies for an effective and innovative  delivery.
-Project management of all the L&D initiatives from the training needs analysis to the impact measurement
-Monitor and track L&D activities and related documentation in accordance with company policy and local regulation.

You should also be prepared for occasional travel throughout the year for company trainings, typically occurring approximately every three months.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

-A degree, preferable in humanities or business.
-Fluent in both English and Italian and have around 4 years of experience in an L&D role within a multinational environment or as a facilitator/trainer in a consultancy agency.
-Experience in delivering trainings is considered a plus.
-Solid knowledge of adult learning principles, approaches and methodologies
-Ability to assess employees’ development needs and competency gaps
-Experience in designing and implementing learning process, activities and programs
-Proven capabilities in building and maintaining positive and trustful relationship with team members and internal stakeholders
-Role model of accountability, growth mindset and change maker
 

You should also be a team player, capable of working cross functionally and ready to grow, possessing a strong interest and aptitude for developing into a key business partner.
