The Training Partner position involves working closely with stakeholders and target groups, to support optimal training and increasing human performance. The role will support a site-wide project, called Training for Competence, which aims to reduce reliance on reading SOPs and focus more on dynamic training cantered on groups of job functions. It also supports the business with short- and long-term improvements in training quality, simplicity, and timeliness.You will be responsible for:
Moreover, in this role you will work with a network of training professionals from across the company, share knowledge about best practices, and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in their area.Qualifications

The team, Onboarding & Training is a part of the Operational Excellence department in AM Hillerød and is responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives, that move the organisation forward or solve various problems.
