The position 
Novo Nordisk is scaling digitalisation to be able to conduct more clinical studies and reach more patients with our new innovative medicines all over the world. 
 

As our new Training Professional, you will become a member of an Agile Product Development Team dedicated to working with organizational change management, training, and communication within the study management system, COSMOS. 

In this role, you will:

-Work with individuals and teams (in close collaboration with your team colleagues) to identify the learning needs of our colleagues, end users, and stakeholders in order to deliver optimal training solutions. 
-Have a key role in designing, producing, and implementing tangible, effective, and user-friendly training solutions for colleagues globally.
-Be responsible for managing the process from end-to-end: from identifying relevant learning objectives to fully implementing the training solutions – always with a strong focus on the learners’ and end-users’ perspectives. 
-Take ownership for managing the full training ‘portfolio’ within Digital Study Management.
-Act as a system expert for our learning management set-up as well as the subject matter expert on training and learning within Digital Study Management, staying up to date with the latest trends in learning and development and incorporating them into our Clinical System Management learning strategy.
 
Qualifications 
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

-An academic degree in education science, life sciences, or another relevant field.
-3-5 years of experience in managing Learning & Development Projects within a large and complex organization.  
-Experience within the life science industry, specifically in clinical operations or development, would be a great asset but not a requirement.  
-A proven track record of successfully having designed and implemented different learning activities and effective performance support resources. Especially experience with virtual and digital learning activities will be a great asset. 
-Fluency in written and oral English.
 
As a person, you can establish positive and trusting relations with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders. You are curious by nature and able to ask ‘the right questions’ to identify relevant learning objectives. We expect you to take ownership, be structured, and can ensure an overview. You are comfortable with challenging and advising stakeholders and you can present complex matters in a clear and precise manner. You have solid experience in developing and delivering training programs including communicational content generation to support change management initiatives. Above all, you are proactive and have a strong drive and a desire to create real impact for the business.
 
About the department
The position as Training Professional is based in the Digital Study & Monitoring Management area, which is part of the unit called Process Transformation and Digitalisation, where we are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge digital technology, data, and processes. 
 

Novo Nordisk drives clinical trials in more than 55 countries worldwide and collaborates with 6,000+ sites at hospitals and clinics. Digitalization is key if we want to succeed with this.
