Don’t hesitate – submit your application now!The positionIn the position as Training Partner, you collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to facilitate optimal training and increasing human performance. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems.In this role you will have an additional activity as the owner of our onboarding bootcamp, an initiative that runs the first two days of every month to welcome and onboard our new colleagues in DMD.Your main tasks include:

  • Supporting management and stakeholders in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training within healthcare-regulated work processes
  • Driving continuous improvement of our onboarding setup and assisting in the implementation of relevant changes
  • Helping your stakeholders with choosing the right training methods and activities, developing effective and efficient training
  • Conducting and facilitating workshops, carrying-out process confirmation on training maturity and setup, including coordinating our onboarding bootcamp
  • Actively seeking opportunities to enhance learning and human performance

You will join a network of training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor and maintain these practices in your area. In this network you will grow while solving problems and driving desirable impact and business value.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we envision you:

  • Hold an academic background within learning science, psychology, human resources, or another relevant discipline
  • Demonstrate practical experience in working with training development and implementation within a large organisation
  • Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills, adeptly interacting cross-functionally
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English

Having experience with LEAN and/or behavioural design, or a background in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, food, or aviation would be considered a strong advantage.On a personal level, you possess effective communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution.

Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities, and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters and within deadlines.About the DepartmentBusiness Support is a department within DMD, consisting of 20 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Strategy deployment, Finance, Lean, Innovation, Training, EHS, and Project & Portfolio Management.We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds and different levels of experience.
