Apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Training Partner, you will optimize the training system we have in place, which will serve as the primary tool in enhancing human performance within the role. Your responsibilities include effective training solutions to meet training needs and address business challenges. Additionally, you will support stakeholders in selecting appropriate training methods and be part of a network of training professionals to share best practices and receive guidance. Although there may be some involvement in specific projects, this role is primarily operational and supportive, where you will occasionally assist and engage with various departments based on their needs.In this position you will:Support departments with training related tasks and challengesIdentify training needs and find GMP solutions that can be implemented within the training tools and systems.Utilize an investigative, problem-solution approach and GLS mindset to understand business issues and proactively identify how training, human error prevention, and learning technologies can help to solve these problems.Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact.All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers.Furthermore, you will join a network of skilled training colleagues from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area.QualificationsWe would like to invite you to apply for this position regardless of your educational background. We are also open to considering lab technicians who have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and are seeking a change in their career direction.To be successful in this role, you also have:Experience working with quality, GMP regulations and authority inspections – possibly even from a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in stakeholder management and challenging the status quo is essential for this role.The capability to drive a project to completion, engaging project members.Experience in a role where you are accustomed to setting the agenda, working with a strong drive, and influencing the organisation.Professional curiosity and derive energy from interacting with colleagues on shop floor.Proficiency in both Danish and English languages.On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders where most of your time is spend together collaborating with the line of business. Finally, you enjoy being a part of a team where sparring and humour is high on the agenda.

About the departmentFinished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. At FPM, we not only manufacture all finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases, we also use our competencies to drive technology leadership and improve standards across our core technologies to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.Our global network consists of around 4,000 colleagues across ten countries.
