Do you want to join our newly established training team and become a part of Novo Nordisk history? Are you passionate about hands-on training development and maintenance, and have a flair for using various training systems? Do you value great autonomy and thrive in a dynamic environment?

If you want to help solve business critical challenges and make an impact in our production units, then you might be who we are looking for! Apply today!

The position

As a Training Partner, you will optimize the training system we have in place, which will serve as the primary tool in enhancing human performance within the role. Your responsibilities include effective training solutions to meet training needs and address business challenges. You will be the anchor for standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing our training set-up. You will contribute to the analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions as you insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users.

Additionally, you will support stakeholders in selecting appropriate training methods and be part of a network of training professionals to share best practices and receive guidance. Although there may be some involvement in specific projects, this role is primarily operational and supportive, where you will occasionally assist and engage with various departments based on their needs.

In this position you will:

-Supporting management and stakeholders in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training within GMP-regulated work processes
-Helping your stakeholders with choosing the right training methods and activities, developing effective and efficient training
-Conducting and facilitating workshops, carrying-out process confirmation on training maturity and setup
-Actively seeking opportunities to enhance learning and human performance

All above will be performed in close collaboration with the operators, skilled workers, process experts, managers, and QA. Furthermore, you will join a network of skilled training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area. We offer a thorough onboarding and training in the Novo Nordisk training standards to help you get started.

Qualifications

The most important qualification is your passion and drive for developing efficient training that enhances competences and human performance.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

-Hold an academic background within learning science, psychology, human resources, or another relevant discipline
-Possess experience in identifying training needs, performing job-break downs in collaboration with the end user and establishing needed training levels
-Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills, adeptly interacting cross-functionally
-Full proficiency in English and Danish.
-Experience in a GMP-regulated industry is an advantage.

Having experience with LEAN and/or behavioural design, or a background in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, food, or aviation would be considered a strong advantage.

On a personal level you have a high degree of independence, are ambitious and structured. You have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You possess effective communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You enjoy being a part of a team where sparring, collaboration, wellbeing and a good sense of humour is high on the agenda, and you contribute to continuous improvement of your own as well as shared tasks and processes.

About the department

You will be joining the Training & Onboarding team. A team of 10 colleagues anchored in Business Support. As a team we prioritise time for sparring, knowledge sharing and are always willing to give each other a helping hand if needed.  We are a social team that makes room for diversity and sees the strength in each other’s differences

Business Support is part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Gentofte, and we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Planning & Capacity, Warehouse and Finance & Procurement.

In the department we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward.
