Do you want to play an essential role in shaping how training and qualification is ensured in a growing area of high strategic importance for Novo Nordisk’s growth? Are you motivated by working in a mix of daily operations/coordination and involvement in strategic projects/programs?

Then you could be the new Training Partner in AME. Apply now and join Novo Nordisk!

The position
In Novo Nordisk, we are on a growth journey and are scaling our aseptic manufacturing operations rapidly. The Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) area is a growing global support function that supports the network of production sites with operational readiness and excellence, maintenance practices, process management and standardisation. In this context, we have created a new position and are looking for a Training Partner who will define and deploy the internal training operating model for AME, execute daily training support for the area to maintain ‘house-in-order’ and support projects/programs with creating and maintaining training modules. As a Training Partner in AME, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that your AME colleagues are assigned the relevant training when onboarded, are qualified to perform activities within the environments that are required (e.g. cGMP) and shape new training modules within our strategic projects as well as continuously improve the training modules that are anchored in the area.

Responsibilities of the role:

-Supporting both function-specific training assignments/maintenance and competency development initiatives for all our employees
-Developing and implementing new training activities/modules: analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities
-Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful training support outcomes.

This is an independent role, but you will join a network of training professionals across Novo Nordisk and Product Supply where we share knowledge about best practices and grow together while solving problems and driving impact. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Specialists in each department to ensure compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-BSc or MSc Degree within business administration, human resource, people or organizational development, learning science or psychology.
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-2 – 3 years of experience from a global cross functional role, working independently with training support.
-Experience in project management and stakeholder management, preferably within development or training programs.
-An analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail when working in our Learning Management Systems.
-Professional proficiency in English.
-Familiarity with compliance requirements and GxP areas would be an advantage.

On a personal level, you possess profound communication and stakeholder management skills. You can navigate effectively in a landscape with various stakeholders.

About the department
As the Training Partner, you will join AME Business Support which is a diverse and evolving team that works across the departments in the area to support Strategy, Finance, LEAN, Health and Safety, Training, Digitalization and Department Administration activities. Our mindset is ambitious but pragmatic as the area and the team is newly established. We share the same goal of supporting our area in transforming how we approach scaling of our aseptic manufacturing.
