The Training Expert will be part of the HR team reporting to the People Services Lead.Key Responsibilities:Training design and implementationTracking and monitoring of the Global and Local Required Learnings for ING Staff and consequent reminder activitiesArrange logistics around training: Training sessions organization, enrollment process management, room/virtual set-up, handouts and training material preparationManagement of the online training platform and the related functionalities and reports by creating ad hoc / standardized/regular reports)Evaluation of the training programme (Satisfaction surveys implementation)Learning vendor management (RfI/RfP process, decision making, vendor comms, testing, contracting, learning administration, invoicing)Ensuring a WOW experience also within the virtual trainings that will be organized, finding new and innovative ways for interaction • Funded training program management with the support of experienced consultantsLiaise with other functions to co-ordinate/complete exit activities e.g. return of company property and security passes, removal from mailing lists, and IT access.ReportingHR DashboardHeadcount or FTE analysis/reportsNew hires, exits, job changesBe first point of contact (for Training/Development and answer questions coming from employees or managers (phone, chat, mail, …)Requirements:4-7 years of experience in a similar roleBachelor or Master’s degree in economics or humanistic disciplinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)Fluent in Italian and in EnglishProactive approachAnalytical skills with close attention to detailsCollaborative attitudeResult driven and problem solverPrevious experience with funded trainings will be a plusInternational background and experience, i.e. Erasmus, will be a plusLocation: MilanDuration: PermantAbout INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
