Job Description:
- Coordinates logistics aspects of T&E within his/her country (finds ad book the venue, distributes audiovisual materials, finds the best suppliers for audiovisual material, catering, prepares communication material : invitations, flyers)
- Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following Nobel Biocare branding template and requirements
- Is the contact person for local speaker’s regarding functional aspects (audio visual requirements, hotel booking…)
- Prepares and oversees logistic aspects at regional events and congresses
- Collect course evaluation and keeps track of sales team reporting and delivers reporting and delivers reporting to the respective T&E Manager.
- Keeps track of speaker evaluation
- Follow up and reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses
- Job is based in Mechelen near the station.
