We are looking for a Training Plan Coordinator to join our teams!
Our Interiors Division is seeking the Training Plan Coordinator for the FIS Technology Academy for its R&D Center based in Méru (50 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord, 30 minutes from Cergy).
Our R&D Center designs dashboards, door panels, and center consoles to equip the vehicles of tomorrow.
As part of the central team of the FIS Technology Academy, you will be responsible for deploying and organizing our training programs across the various FIS sites worldwide.
You will work within a central team of five people located in Méru (France), Hagenbach (Germany), and Pune (India), and you will lead our training activities for internal customers in all regions.
Your missions:
As a member of the central team of the FIS Technology Academy, you will coordinate the overall organization of our training portfolio:
- Plan and organize training sessions by working closely and efficiently with our local HR teams worldwide, and maintain strong long-term relationships with them.
- Promote the FIS Technology Academy training offer to internal customers.
- Communicate new customer needs and satisfaction feedback to the Academy’s central team.
- Monitor training sales and invoicing: analyze and report on monthly results.
- Use our Learning Management System (LMS) to coordinate the global training schedule and reporting.
- Manage monthly invoicing with R&D controlling.
This mission will start in march 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Master’s degree in HR or Business.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
English is mandatory.
Results- and customer satisfaction–oriented.
Strong team spirit.
Positive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team within an international environment.
