We are looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join the GCM QA Training Academy teamand support the management within the local training area. The position
You will be part of the GCM QA Training Academy and work closely together with training Partners and another training coordinator in GCM QA. We set high ambitions for our training and are working according to our Training Strategy to ensure the best and most effective training.
The training coordinator acts as a cross VP area support with focus on administrative tasks related to training.
As a Training Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:
-Support managers in identifying, structuring, and assigning training just-in-time.
-Assist in planning training for new and current employees
-Act as a local superuser of training IT systems (Simple Training Administration (STA)) and support managers, Content Responsible, and Training Partners on how to operate training systems
-Drive small training-related projects and local onboarding initiatives
-Ensure high-quality content in QualityDocs and create training materials as a Technical Writer.
Furthermore, you will participate in relevant training network meetings and proactively improve training administration via Continuous Improvement and Systematic Problem Solving. Besides training related administrative tasks you should also support the VP area as Subject Matter Expert in Contract management in the Coupa IT system and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications

-Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationship
-Ability to communicate in English
-Structured way of working and detail oriented
-Service- and team-minded with a strong Lean and quality mindset
-Preferably a relevant education within administration and/or within training and learning
-Experience with administrative tasks.
It will be considered as an advantage if you have experience in working with learning and training activities preferable in QA. Knowledge of training administration within GxP and relevant LEAN education will also be considered as an advantage.
About the department
Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) QA is a dynamic VP area consisting of 90 competent people and is divided into 4 departments and we expect to grow and onboard a lot of new employees in 2025. The area is characterised by a high level of professionalism, flexibility and cooperation.
The primary role of our department is to deliver QA support and set direction for our Global Contract Manufacturer Organisations (GCM) worldwide. The open position as QA Professional is in the QA Training & System Support team.
