As a Recruiter Trainee, you will:

  • Assist in identifying and attracting top-level talent for executive roles across various industries.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and execute search strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to map industry trends and build comprehensive talent pools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the recruitment database (CRM).
  • Participate in client meetings and briefing sessions to understand business needs and hiring requirements.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and support marketing initiatives for open roles.
  • Gain exposure to high-level decision-making and relationship management with senior executives.

  • Education: Recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • You must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s, postgraduate, or master’s program with an official degree.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; other European languages are a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attitude: Highly motivated, eager to learn, and driven to achieve results.
