Due to growth within the business this is an opportunity to start with the business as Trainee Farm Business Manager to progress quickly into Farm Business Manager.The ClientOur client is a UK based grain merchant business that trades nationally. They like to build strong and long lasting relationships with their customers and to do that are looking for ambitious, keen individuals who want to learn and develop.The RoleIn this role you will buy grain from farmers and in turn sell seed and fertiliser back to your customers. To do this you will provide real time market knowledge and intelligence to your customers and keep them up to date with price changes and maintain regular contact with them.The CandidateWe are looking for candidates who have a strong interest within Agriculture and someone who has the ability to build professional relationships. If you have come from a commercial or sales background before then that would be advantageous. FACTS qualified would also be desired but isn’t essential.
