Your Role:
The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and various departments involved in day-to-day operations, including order management and the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
The goal of the internship is to provide hands-on training, gradually increase autonomy and responsibility.
Main Responsabilities:
- Support daily operations, monitoring orders’ progress
- Analyze data and KPIs to improve operations’ performance
- Investigate and follow up on customer queries and complaints
- Work closely with the warehouse team and other internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Skills:
- Master’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Excel and MS office tools
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both in a team and independently, with flexibility and initiative
- Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Production Environment will be considered a plus
- Fluent in Italian, advanced in English
- Job Location is Mantova (MN)
