Trade & Revenue Management (TRM) Team is the Commercial Glue, aiming to bring different teams together to accelerate simplification of healthcare. TRM Analyst Austria & Switzerland position is part of the WEU Zone TRM Team reporting to TRM Lead Austria & Switzerland.
As a Trade & Revenue Analyst, you will play a critical role in assisting the TRM team in making data-driven decisions that optimize Net Sales, GTN, Brand Portfolio and Gross Margin. Main responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze SKU, brand, channel, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions.
Support Trade and Revenue Management Activities:
Assist in portfolio optimization initiatives, including SKU simplification, pruning, and innovation processes.
Collaborate on pricing strategies by analyzing price index trends, competitive positioning, and pack-price architecture.
Support promotional ROI analysis to ensure efficient allocation of in-store activation investments.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Partner with the Finance Team to extract and interpret financial data for commercial action plans.
Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams to implement TRM strategies and track their effectiveness.
Monitoring of the Commercial Policy implementation with relevant tools & processes.
About you
- Experience: Previous work experience / internship in analytics, finance or commercial is a plus.
- Soft and technical skills: High learning agility. Ability to drive change and create impact. Able to easily extract insight from data to feed into compelling commercial strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player. Analytical skills & Excel expertise; PBI is a plus.
- Education: Senior year of bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics or finance.
- Languages: Fluent in English, German is a strong plus.

The salary in this position is set at €2.800 (gross on a full-time basis).
