Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 39 stores and online. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Trade Marketing Manager” with the following skills and qualifications;

To provide a distinctive in store experience for our customers. Oversee and implement marketing strategies spesifically designed for trade channels.

-Develop trade marketing strategy aligned with Sephora’s overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
-Coordinate the animation calender with the brands. Build strong relationships with retailers and other trade partners to ensure effective communication, alignments of goals and execution of marketing plans
-Communication of the Yearly Animation Plan to Category Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Training Department to design 360 animation.
-Design and coordinate cooperate roadshows 
-Design “customer path” for each store based on productivity & category prioritiies, and revise them periodically if needed
-·        Supervise the preperation and update of merchandising guidelines and planograms and training of the store teamsDefine the services required for the network and per store 

–         Define the positioning of Categories for new store openings and renovations in allignment with Category Managers, Merchandising Europe and Sales
