Job DescriptionOur Client is a leading multinational in the Apparel & Fashion Industry.For their growing operations they are looking for a ‘Trade Execution Coordinator’, to take care of their operations in DACH and Benelux with emphasis in Germany and the Netherlands. This is a remote role, for someone based in Germany and involves extensive traveling.Your Responsibilities:You’ll play a key role, working closely with the Commercial Team and B2B customers to drive effective trade execution strategies aligned with organizational goals. You bring proven budget management skills and the ability to work with sales data and shopper insights. Passion for the point of sale and flexibility for regular travel will complement your expertise in managing and negotiating with external agencies and suppliers.

• Flawless Execution:

• Negotiate at the store level to ensure the best locations for the brand (windows, in-store)
• Collaborating with key stakeholders, both internal and external, you will ensure seamless trade executions, from POS materials to product assortment, to maximize sell-out and enhance the consumer experience.
• Effectively oversee and manage the local budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Manage and train external local agencies acting as “brand ambassadors” to ensure compliance

• Performance Analysis:

• Conduct regular analysis of sell-out and trade performance metrics and ROI and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline trade execution processes.

• Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all trade-related activities comply with requirements and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all trade execution processes
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, identifying growth opportunities and analyzing competition within the distribution sector.

Your Profile:

• Strong academic background.
• Native in German and exceptional English skills. Dutch is a strong advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in trade execution or a related role within the fashion or FMCG industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and fully hands-on approach.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with key stakeholders.

Expected salary

€45000 – 50000 per year
