The jobAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving excellence? We are looking for a motivated and data-driven TCU Manager with strong interpersonal skills. In this critical role your main goal is to guide the entire TCU team to ensure the right service is being delivered with the right efficiency at all times all whilst keeping your eye on performance, team motivation, KPI’s and budget management.As TCU Manager, you:

  • Lead the entire TCU team and oversee and coordinate all activities within the TCU.
  • Manage the TCU team leaders of Chemical Distribution and International Trade Services (ITS) directly and, Manuchar Europe through a dotted line.
  • Plan and manage – together with the Process Improvement & Project Manager and TCU team leaders – new IT implementations and process improvements.
  • Handle reporting and provide clear & timely visibility on performance, KPI’s, staffing, workload & budget.
  • Manage KPI’s at TCU level and work with the Team leaders on team specific KPI’s.
  • Ensure that high quality service – that meets or exceeds expectations – is delivered by all TCU teams.
  • Provide clear & timely escalation when faced with challenges that require decisions of COO, HR and/or Business Unit Managers (BUM).
  • Hold all Team Leaders accountable to manage their teams in an engaging, honest and supporting manner.
  • Are the go-to-person for the business for all TCU related matters and the point of contact for HR related matters.

Your profile

  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). You can present complex information clearly.
  • You have strong people management / coaching skills which are essential for fostering team engagement and adherence to our values.
  • You have the ability to create detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources effectively and monitor progress.
  • You are strong in critical thinking, problem-solving and have the ability to align projects with broader business objectives.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or Spanish is a plus
  • You can easily handle digital tools (e.g., MS Office 365, Excel, Outlook, …
