We are seeking a:
Trade Compliance Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Trade Compliance Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team supporting customers in trade compliance and customs topics across various industry verticals. The team is based across Europe servicing customers globally, with a focus on the United Kingdom and Europe.
Position Responsibilities:
The following tasks are typical activities handled by the team, however on-the-job training will be provided, where necessary:
- Creation of proforma invoices (excel and pdf) according to customer KPIs
- Uploading all trade compliance related documents in Customer Teams folders for recordkeeping purposes
- Application of certificate of origin documents/VISAs in DigiChambers + arranging and following up on pick up at Chamber of Commerce
- Reply on customs clearance inquiries from logistics providers (HS code and import regulations)
- Send customs clearance instructions to customs broker + follow up
- Upload customs release documents when available
- Arrange signing and stamping of Power of Attorney’s for export customs formalities by brokers
- Maintaining guidance document, and updating with all relevant changes in processes
- Maintaining intercompany pricing file for Intercompany shipments
- Ensuring HS code overview is up-to-date
- Support with various inquiries in relation to trade compliance
- Support with CargoX requirements for Egypt shipments

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in working experience.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in logistics or customs
- An understanding of customs and trade compliance terminology and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and results driven.
- Proactive mindset
- Knowledge in SAP, ERP systems are an advantage.
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a benefit
