TPRM-Resilience Risk AnalystCountry: Spain​Credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, reputational risk… There are many types of risks, that is why their analysis and quantification is key to our purpose of being a simple, personal and fair bank.Working at risk means doing it from a management perspective that contributes to the sustainable progress of people and businesses.The main responsibilities of the position include:As Third Party and Resilience Risk Analyst, you will support the development, execution of the Global 2LoD TPRM and Resilience Risk function. TPRM and Resilience team will provide independent assessment, challenge and oversight of the third-party risk and resilience practices carried out by the first line of defense. We must ensure that TPRM risk is managed in accordance with the risk appetite defined by senior management and promote a strong risk culture through the organization.We need someone like you to help us in different tasks:Provide a consolidated view of TPRM risk profileEngage with local 2LOD and Global 1LOD to ensure alignment and common methodologies

Coordinate TOH and RAS metrics process and challenge risk appetite and limits.Participate and ensure the implementation of the actions plans defined by the 1LoD in order to meet the DORA requirementsSupport regulatory exercisesCoordinate TPRM and Resilience 2LOD RCSA , reviewing reference risk, consolidating results and monitoring risk mitigationMonitor de actions plans defined by the units in order to guarantee the coherence between their inventories and information in the TPRM tool (SARA)Oversee of Internal and external audits and recommendationsAutomate risk management processes and generate consolidated information dashboardsExperience+2 years’ experienceEducationRelevant academic qualifications in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics university degree)SkillsKnowledge on Heracles application and experience using ARK@ (OR-BCM application).Ability to identify risks and analytical orientation understanding regulatory requirements.Proficiency Spanish and English level is a must.
